, and one of Franco's "It's Franco!" CD's which I just listened to and enjoyed. There are some new songs on there that I haven't heard him sing solo or with Locust Street Taxi yet. The poetry and music at this open mic was too intense for me to describe accurately. It has been all along. I think I heard someone read a poem about burning Bush - going after him with torches like the villagers do in the Frankenstein movie type thing. The life affirming joy in some of the songs people are singing makes me feel good. So does Jordan Emily's ice cream and cheesecake with blueberry compote (I think that's what the warm blueberry sauce is called) poured over top, and some hot coffee.
