Cool article in the Olympian, and I saw Rebirth Brass Band at Tugboats Thursday night.
I went to Tugboat Annie's Thrursday night and it was the most packed that I've ever seen. It was hard to walk through the room. There was dancing and the music was hot. I've never been to Mardi Gras, but I guess it was like a little bit of it came to Tugboats. Check out the band's website: RebirthBrassBand.com.
It was nice to meet Steve who had a big hand in putting the show together, and also was involved in putting together the Zen Tricksters/Watermelon Sugar show at the 4th Ave Tavern recently. The show production/promotion group is OtisPresents.com.
